Circa 1880-1890 Cast Iron figural cigar cutter depicting a town crier with top hat. Made by John McKinlay from Albany, NY for "Smoke Fritz Emmett Cigars." The cigar cutter can be used by pressing down his arm, the blade is inside his mouth to cut off the tip of cigars. The figure has a worn finish.
